1. Assessment and Diagnosis Support:

Same day consultation to assess and evaluate your injured hand to help get your healing on the right track.

Organise referrals for imaging (X-rays, ultrasounds, CT and/or MRI scans)

Collaborate with local Hand and Upper Limb surgeons if we feel that a specialist opinion is needed.

2. Custom Splinting and Casting

A key part of our specialty as hand therapists is to fabricate custom splints (both hard or soft splinting) to protect and support injured areas during the healing process.

Apply waterproof fibreglass casts to ensure comfort and optimal healing alignment.

3. Rehabilitation and Functional Recovery:

Design tailored therapy programs to regain range of movement, strength and function..

Address post-fracture complications like pain, swelling and scar tissue.
